A: All you need is a computer or phone with a camera and an internet connection.
If you have medical reports, records, imaging, pathology slides or any other test results relevant to your condition that will help the specialist provide during your call, please ensure you have shared these prior to your video Telemed Consultation with your Case Manager to ensure they can share it with the specialist prior to the call. Please note that the medical records need to be no older than 6 months and in soft copies that can be shared via WhastApp or email.
