STEP TWO: INITIAL CONTACT
An IMT Case Manager will get back to you to collect any available medical records related to the condition. The specialists at our partner hospitals use these to form a second opinion, come up with accurate treatment options and costs for treatment.
STEP THREE: PLANNING
An IMT client coordinator then takes the client through the medical treatment options provide by the specialist, fees and costs for accommodation, travel and visas to help the client to make an informed decision.
STEP FOUR: TREATMENT
Once a client has confirmed they want to proceed with the treatment, a client coordinator makes all the arrangements: books the treatment with our partner hospital, helps with the visa application, books suitable accommodation close to the hospital and can also book your flights.
We also go that extra step to ensure that our client has a trouble-free trip by staying in communication throughout the treatment and helping to resolve any thing that may come up.
STEP FIVE: POST TREATMENT AND RETURN
Finally, when the doctor gives the okay for the client to travel, we arrange the trip back home and carry out a follow-up to see how the client is doing, arrange for all medical records to be sent to the client’s local doctor, and arrange a post return consultation with their treating doctor to discuss the healing process.

STEP TWO: SUBMIT MEDICAL REPORTS
An IMT Case Manger will review all your information & medical records submitted. They will contact you to confirm your preferred hospital and specialist.
Once all information is sufficient to send to the specialist for the second opinion, we will share a secure payment link with you to make the payment via debit card or credit card.
STEP THREE: SPECIALIST REVIEW
AYour medical reports will then be shared with the chosen specialist at your chosen partner hospital. The specialist will then review all the information provided and compile a detailed second opinion within 3-5 business days.
STEP FOUR: DETAILED SECOND OPINION
Your IMT Case Manager will share with you the Detailed Second Opinion and set up a time for you to discuss with the specialist on a telemedicine consultation.
STEP FIVE: ONLINE TELEMEDICINE CONSULTATION
Log on and have your telemedicine consultation online at the agreed time with the specialist to discuss your case and allow you to ask any questions.
