What We Need From You

  • Medical report – Provide a full and most recent medical report in English (< 1 week).

  • Investigation – MRI, CT, Ultrasound, EKG, etc.

  • Conditions and symptoms – Pictures of the patient, IV fluid or other medication, Ventilator setting, BP monitoring or anything else. 

  • Current place of the patient – Home or Hospital

  • Acknowledgment and confirmation –  All arrangement acknowledged and confirmed by email also indicating name and contact number of relative who has financial responsibility.

  • Time of request – Send request for admission with full information at least 24 hours before departure from your country.
