How It Works
ONE:
CONTACT US
Click on the “Order Medication From Bumrungrad Now” and fill in a brief form with your details and your preferred method on how you would like to receive your medication. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp.
TWO:
CONFIRM ORDER
An IMT coordinator will reach out to you to confirm your details and share on any other requirements that may be needed (depending on what medication you are wanting to purchase).
THREE:
BUMRUNGRAD PHARMACY
Bumrungrad’s Pharmacy will confirm your order with a certified doctor to confirm the prescription and medication requested, usually within 2 business days.
FOUR:
QUOTATION
Bumrungrad’s Pharmacy will share the quotation, which includes the cost of medicine, doctor’s fee (if any is required) and courier charge. The cost of delivery will vary depending on the destination and size and weight of the package.
FIVE:
PAYMENT
Bumrungrad will share an e-payment link where you can pay using any debit or credit card. After the payment has been made, Bumrungrad’s Pharmacy will send all ordered medication to your selected address.
What You Need To Know In Advance
Shipping time depends on your destination, the courier company (we can only use DHL) and other factors, so we will only be able to inform you on a possible date of delivery after your order has been confirmed and DHL has confirmed the estimated delivery date. Since the complete process can take approximately 1 -2 weeks or more, it is advisable to have at least 2 weeks supply of your remaining medicine when you contact us. Please note that for some countries, the process can take longer.
Please note that the DHL courier fee charged by Bumrungrad does not include any import duties, taxes or other regulatory fees that might be charged by the Customs Office at the destination country.
In case an import license (or other documents) is required for customs clearance, the consignee must be responsible for any document preparation required. Please contact your local customs authorities and DHL for more details before you start the process.
Please bear in mind that it is your responsibility to make sure the medication you wish to order corresponds with local import laws and regulations. Bumrungrad will not be held liable for any local restrictions on certain medication.
We are unable to supply medicines which require refrigerated condition or shown in the list below:

• Psychotropic Substance Schedule 3&4 e.g. Clorazepate, Lorazepam, Chlordiazepoxide, Diazepam, Bromazepam
• Narcotic Drug Schedule 3 e.g. Fentanyl, CodeineWe are unable to delivery medication to Bangladesh, North Korea or The USA.
What you can do:
• Have someone else get the drugs on your behalf picked directly from Bumrungrad.
• Get someone else in a different country to receive on your behalf and they can have it shipped to you via other means.
